Plovdiv State Opera announces an internal audition for the position of Principal Second Violin.

Requirements for candidates:

  1. Completed higher musical education.

  2. Experience and practice in ensemble performance, leadership qualities.

The audition will take place on June 9, 2025, in the Chamber Hall at the "Boris Hristov" House of Culture.

Module 1:

  1. W. A. Mozart – Concerto No. 3 OR 4 OR 5 (candidate’s choice), First movement with cadenza, accompanied by piano.

  2. First movement from a Romantic concerto (with cadenza) or a piece of the candidate’s choice.

Module 2:

Orchestral excerpts (will be provided upon submission of the application).
