Bisera Chadlovska

Biserа Chadlovska was born in Skopje in 1978 and began her music education at the age of 5. She graduated in orchestral conducting from the Faculty of Music in Skopje and later studied under Maestro Plamen Djurov in Sofia. Her conducting debut was in 2005 with the premiere of The Secret Marriage at the Skopje Summer Festival. In 2006, she became the principal conductor of the Macedonian Opera and Ballet and served as artistic director of the Skopje Opera from 2017 to 2020.
Her repertoire includes over 50 operas and ballets, and she has conducted orchestras and operas in Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Romania. Chadlovska is a professor of conducting and a recipient of prestigious awards, including the Georgi Bozhikov award, Musician of the Year in 2015, and the 13th November award for arts and culture.
