Classic Open Air: The Music of the Hills

Plovdiv Opera and Plovdiv Municipality invite Plovdiv residents to concerts from the series "Classic Open Air: Music under the Hills ”on May 27 and 28 on Dan Hill (Sahat Tepe) from 8 p.m. Natural
The setting of the concerts will be the Clock Tower in Plovdiv, which is among the oldest in Europe.
The music event is a continuation of the initiative for the recognition of natural sights of Plovdiv as alternative places for culture during the summer months.

On May 27, operetta fans will hear famous arias by Strauss, Lehar and Kalman in the concert "Viva L'Operetta" performed by soloists Evgenia Ralcheva, Svetlana Ivanova, August Metodiev and Mark Fowler. Rositsa Dimova will be on the piano.
On Saturday night, May 28, "Paintings by Piazzolla" will immerse viewers in the passionate world of
Argentine tango performed by Kaloyan Kumanov - accordion, Victoria Karidova - violin, Ralitsa Boteva - piano and Edith Undjian - vocals.

The project "Classic Open Air: Music under the hills" is part of the Cultural Calendar of the municipality
Plovdiv. The entrance for Plovdiv residents and guests is free.
