Terms for Interruption, Rescheduling, or Cancellation of an OPERA OPEN Performance Due to Bad Weather

  1. Even in bad weather, a performance will not be canceled before the scheduled start time. If canceled, the performance will be rescheduled for a backup date, usually the following day. In this case, tickets remain valid for the new date without the need for revalidation.

  2. If adverse weather conditions prevent the performance from starting on schedule, Plovdiv Opera may delay the start by up to 45 minutes before announcing its cancellation.

  3. In case of an interruption, Plovdiv Opera reserves the right to continue the performance with piano accompaniment.

  4. If the performance is definitively canceled before the end of the First Act, ticket holders are entitled to purchase a ticket for the same seating category for another OPERA OPEN performance at a 50% discount from the full price, upon presenting their original ticket.

  5. If the performance is definitively canceled after the First Act, it will be considered completed.

  6. In cases of temporary interruption, continuation with piano accompaniment, or cancellation of a performance already in progress, tickets are non-refundable.

  7. In case of bad weather, Plovdiv Opera reserves the right to move the performance to an indoor venue if technically feasible. Such a relocation will be announced at least 8 hours in advance.

  8. Plovdiv Opera assumes no responsibility for wet seats caused by rain before the performance. Spectators are kindly advised to bring personal items, such as towels or cloths, to dry their seats.
