Evgeni Shevkenov

Evgeni Shevkenov is a Bulgarian and Austrian violinist, conductor, and music educator, born in Plovdiv. He completed his studies in Sofia and Vienna, performing with the Vienna Philharmonic and Staatsoper Orchestra. He has toured in over 40 countries, including renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall and Musikverein. Shevkenov founded the Ensemble Concertante Vienna and serves as the Artistic Director of the International Chamber Music Festival in Plovdiv. He holds Austrian citizenship for his contributions to the arts and is a professor at the Richard Wagner Conservatory in Vienna
