CASTING CALL FOR EXTRAS (MIMANSE) at Opera Open 2025!
THE STAGE OF THE ANCIENT THEATRE AWAITS YOU!
JOIN THE TEAM OF INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTIONS AT OPERA OPEN 2025!

Opera Plovdiv is looking for male extras (mimanse) between the ages of 18 and 35, in good physical shape. Strong concentration/meditative abilities are required; acting experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Selected participants will rehearse for the opera “Orfeo ed Euridice” directed by world-renowned Stefano Poda on June 11, 12, and 13, as well as from July 21 to 27. The performances will take place at the Ancient Theatre on July 25 and 26, with a reserve date on July 27.
