Tutti Clarinet with obligation to play Bass Clarinet

Repertoire Requirements:

Solo Piece:

W. A. Mozart – Clarinet Concerto in A Major, K. 622

1st Movement: Allegro

2nd Movement: Adagio

Opera Solos:

Verdi – La Forza del Destino (Overture)

Puccini – Tosca (Act III, Clarinet Solo from “E lucevan le stelle”)

Puccini – La Bohème

Rossini – The Barber of Seville (Cavatina Figaro)

Symphonic Solos:

Tchaikovsky – Symphony No. 5 (possible to play with principal)

Beethoven – Symphony No. 8 (Trio)

Bass Clarinet:

Verdi – Aida (Act IV)

Tchaikovsky – Macbeth

Shostakovich – Violin Concerto
