INVITATION: Children’s Drawing Contest “A Christmas Dream” – seeking inspiration for the new musical “Beard Glue”
How is a musical born? Sometimes from music, sometimes from a story… And sometimes – from a child’s drawing.
Opera Plovdiv invites the children of Plovdiv (over 5 years old) to draw their own “Christmas dream”!
Anyone who brings their drawing to the ticket office of Opera Plovdiv / Boris Hristov House of Culture becomes part of the creative process behind the new musical “Beard Glue” with music by Stefan Valdobrev – a festive and fun Christmas adventure that will come to life on stage this December.
The first 100 submitted drawings win a gift – a free ticket for the child and one parent for the performance “BEARD GLUE” on December 27th at 11:00 AM.
The Opera’s ticket office is open on weekdays from 10:00 to 19:00.
The performance “Beard Glue” is part of project BG-RRP-11.021-0003 “Together Again,” under procedure BG-RRP-11.021 “New Generation Local Cultural Policies for Large Municipalities,” funded by the European Union through the Recovery and Resilience Facility (NextGenerationEU), under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria, administered by the National Culture Fund.
