State Opera Plovdiv announces auditions for the position of Principal Trombone + Tutti (full-time).

Requirements for applicants:

1. Completed higher or secondary music education.
2. Experience and proficiency in orchestral and ensemble performance.

The audition will be conducted in two rounds via video recordings.

First Round

• Evaluation of a video recording featuring the required audition repertoire.
• The video recording must be submitted as two YouTube links: one for the solo repertoire and one for the orchestral excerpts, to the email address below by September 1.

Second Round

• Interview with candidates who successfully pass the first round.
• State Opera Plovdiv will notify the shortlisted candidates after the completion of the first stage of the selection process.

1. Ferdinand David – Concertino for Trombone, 1st and 2nd movements with piano accompaniment.
