In the dance performance "The World of Alice", based on the book Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, the familiar characters Alice, the White Rabbit, the Red Queen, the Caterpillar, the Duchess, the Mad Hatter, and other inhabitants of Alice's World come to life on the stage of the State Opera – Plovdiv. In this performance by Anna Pampulova, with dramaturgy by director Anastasia Sabeva, special attention is given to the theme of confusion and the loss of identity experienced by little Alice, which is expressed through the multiplication of her character. The leading motif is love, which guides the girl not only through her whimsical World but also into reality. The diverse choreographic style enhances the presence of the unreal characters, transforming them from strict and frightening into likable figures. The vision and costumes by Boris Dalchev complement the idea of vibrant imagery, characters, and actions within the performance. The music by Asen Avramov successfully unveils the vast and unreal world of Alice, through which the heroine finds the Jack as her faithful friend.

Featuring performances by Maya Bezhanska, Radoslav Vladimirov, and Stelyan Radev.

The performance is suitable for children over 5 years old and their parents.
