Beethoven's Ninth Symphony is undoubtedly the most powerful musical utopia known to humanity; the musical testimony of "The Survivor from Warsaw" is the most terrifying anti-utopia. The gates of Heaven and the breeze of angel wings – and the doors of the gas chamber. Two choral hymns to the Divine, coming from the very depths of the heart.
